Forest Ridge Homeowner's Association (HOA)

Forest Ridge is a residential community located in Ravenna, Ohio, just a few miles from the beautiful Kent State University campus.  The neighborhood is comprised of six phases encompassing 164 homesites and common areas.

The goal of the Forest Ridge Homeowners Association is to help maintain a safe, attractive, well-kept, and welcoming neighborhood for all residents.  This website serves as a communication resource for the Association and its residents by providing important documents, community updates, answers to common questions, and information about local events.
